I know last week's been kind of rough with the nightmares and everything that was going on down my cousins...but I think I've finally managed to get a hold of things..of myself. I realised I have alot to learn in terms of patience, tolerance and acceptance ..especially when its obvious that I can't do anything. I get restless when I know I can't help...and thats my demerit...
I'm just glad, the nightmares have stopped. For everything else, I can only pray.
